Đem bột ủ khoảng 15 phút, lấy ra, cán mỏng bột. Dùng khuôn bánh hình hoa cắt bột như hình bên.
Cho bánh vào lò nướng khoảng 10 phút ở nhiệt độ 180 độ C hoặc đến khi bánh ngả màu vàng, lấy bánh ra, để nguội.
Rắc kẹo, kem trang trí lên bánh, bảo quản bánh trong túi, hộp kín và dùng dần. Như vậy bạn đã có những chiếc bánh xinh xinh dành tặng mọi người trong dịp Giáng sinh rồi đấy!
