Rót hỗn hợp rau câu nước cốt dừa được nửa quả trứng. Cắt thịt xoài thành những miếng tròn, cho xoài vào giữa, rót tiếp phần rau câu vào đầy vỏ trứng. Để trong ngăn mát tủ lạnh khoảng 45 là có thẻ dùng.
Khi dùng bóc bỏ vỏ trứng rồi thường thức hoặc có thể dùng những muỗng nhỏ để múc ăn 1 cách tự nhiên nhé!
